Return & Refund Policy

Home Harmony’s is committed to customers and will honor returns for the requests received within 1 week of delivery.

Please inspect your order upon reception for any damages or issues and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at help.homeharmonys@gmail.com and include proof of purchase and received product photos. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions. You will be refunded on your original payment method and it may take 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Returns request made after the 1-week time-period will not be accepted.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
